Intermediate frequency induction heat treatment of weld seam refers to the process of heat treatment of weld joints using intermediate frequency heating power sources. The whole system consists of intermediate frequency heating power supply, high temperature electromagnetic wire, temperature detection and control system. The intermediate frequency heat treatment power supply can process 50hz alternating current and output an intermediate frequency current of 3-5khz. The intermediate frequency current generates a magnetic field through the electromagnetic wire, and the pipe wrapped by the electromagnetic wire will generate an induced current and generate heat. The temperature control unit can detect the temperature of the pipe wall and transmit the temperature information to the control system in real time to form a closed loop of temperature control, and the control system is responsible for heating the equipment according to the preset temperature curve.
