Principle of induction heating:
Induction heating is a method of heating a conductor material such as a metal material. It is mainly used for metal thermal processing, heat treatment, welding and melting.
Induction heating is the use of electromagnetic induction to generate electricity in the interior of the material being heated, relying on the energy of these eddy currents for heating purposes. The basic components of an induction heating system include induction coils, AC power and work-pieces. The coils can be made into different shapes depending on the heating target. The coil is connected to a power source that supplies an alternating current to the coil, and the alternating current flowing through the coil produces an alternating magnetic field that passes through the work-piece, which causes the work-piece to vortex to heat.

1.Low energy consumption. The actual billet heating efficiency of the induction melting furnace and the induction diathermy furnace can reach 65% to 75%, while the flame furnace and various chamber furnaces are only about 30%.
2.There is no need to heat the whole work-piece, local heating can be selected, so the electric energy consumption is small, the deformation of the work-piece is small and the heating speed is fast, so that the work-piece can reach the required temperature in a very short time, so that the surface of the work-piece is oxidized. When the heating defects are reduced to a low level, it can be used for steel materials such as steel, tungsten, molybdenum, etc. It can also be applied to the heating or heat treatment of aluminum, titanium, zirconium and hafnium which are more chemically active.
