Induction heating equipment is widely used in metal hardware and tools heat treatment, all kinds of hardware brazing welding, mechanical parts and automobile and motorcycle accessories quenching, stainless steel annealing demagnetization, heat red through the heart and pushing the elbow and some special partly heating, metals and alloys melting and so on.
According to the different parts, it can be local heating, internal hole heating, or the overall heating, surface heat treatment or the overall diathermy, the maximum temperature can up to 1500-2500 ℃.
Main Applications:
Big metal parts/bars/rods heating, quenching, hardening, annealing, tempering, normalizing, copper brazing ,silver brazing etc.
All kinds of metallic materials' heating treatments:
Quenching/Hardening for big shafts, gears, standard bolts/rods/nuts

All-digital model of induction heating machine:
1. The main board improves the response speed and control precision of the main control.
2. Wide frequency range, and the starting frequency, the highest frequency, and the lowest frequency are adjustable.
3. Strong frequency and phase tracking capability, ensuring that the power module always works in the ZVS or ZCS state under any working condition, so that its working state is optimal, reducing its own power consumption and improving the power efficiency of the whole machine.
4. The power control is extremely precise and stable, and there is no temperature drift like the simulator heating machine.
5. Input electrical power, voltage, current and DC voltage, output voltage, current and other electrical analog quantities are displayed in text form.
6. The temperature of the radiator and resonant voltage are too high, the machine will automatically limits the power output without stopping the machine.
7. Complete fault protection functions, such as water shortage, overheating, input overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, overcurrent, output overvoltage, short circuit, etc., all displayed in text form.
8. Friendly human-machine interface, the customer can set the data through the touch screen or by tapping the button.
9. Hardware isolation interface for automation easy connection and remote control.
10. Remote communication function with RS-232/RS-485 communication interface.
Classifications of the Induction Heating Equipment:
1. Intermediate Frequency: 500HZ-20KHZ. It is fit for diathermancy and smelting ;
2. Ultrasonic Frequency:10KHZ-100KHZ. It can be applied widely , such as diathermancy, smelting and heat treatment;
3. High- Frequency:50KHZ-1MHZ.It is fit for heat treatment and heating of the fine workpieces.
4. Ultrahigh Frequency: above 500KHZ. It is fit for heating of the workpieces and heat treatment.
